  1. I have been reading your blog lately and love the strength section and how you share your thoughts about the different programs you have tried. I crossfit, and I am small sized like you, your strength is very inspirational and motivating. I have a crossfit competition coming up this next weekend, and after that I am going to try the 4 week leg strength block 1. I am very excited to get started on it. Thank you for sharing all your experiences and knowledge. You are amazing.

  2. Well, I completed the leg strength block 1 and got a 5# back squat PR. I am now at 180#. I was excited to make some progress! I have also signed up for my first weightlifting competition on Nov. 1, in hopes that it will make me focus and make some more gains. Thanks again for your inspiration.
