Recipes

I live a Primal lifestyle with cheat meals here and there since I don't want to limit myself too much.  Live to eat, not eat to live.

I used to be strict Paleo with a binge day once a week (check out my sample food log).  It took me awhile to ease into Paleo, but now I naturally choose to eat quality food.

I seriously think I am one of the biggest Primal foodies out there.  Here is a list of Primal and/or Paleo recipes.  Some are mine and some are modifications of the recipes I found online.  You won't find glamour shots of food that look better than it taste.  I do not post recipes just to make a blog post out of it.  Every recipe listed below is actually delicious and verified by not just me, but also my friends, some of whom are not Paleo/Primal at all.  Feedback is a gift so I often make a dish multiple times before posting them.

A Note on Ingredients Paleo/Primal Food shopping.  I cook with high quality ingredients... almost all local and fresh from the Farmer's Market.  When I list ingredients, by default I mean organic/grass-fed/pasture-raised/free-range/certified humane/fresh/etc.  I also love experimenting with exotic ingredients.
