I started doing CrossFit in January 2011, with the goal to get strong. Sold from my first class during a visit at home, I signed up immediately to train at NorCal CrossFit in the Bay Area, and loved it ever since! My favorite movements are pretty much everything on the rings, and anything with a full squat. I currently train six days a week, and rest on Sunday's. Though, you can always find me with my favorite pair of rings :)
