CrossFitter by day, coffee addict in the am, ashtanga yogi in the evenings, software engineer on weekdays, chef on the weekends, piggy 24/7, local island girl at heart, and the biggest dog-lover you will ever meet!


I started doing CrossFit in January 2011, with the goal to get strong.  Sold from my first class during a visit at home, I signed up immediately to train at NorCal CrossFit in the Bay Area, and loved it ever since!  My favorite movements are pretty much everything on the rings, and anything with a full squat.  I currently train six days a week, and rest on Sunday's.  Though, you can always find me with my favorite pair of rings :)

  1. Just had to say love your site! Found you searching on how to fix my blisters that I kept getting on C2B pulls ups! But, thanks to you im good now but it wasnt pretty! Great progress pics too! Keep up the good work!

    I do have one question.....what the heck did you mean by you can wear whatever you want in your backyard gym vs. your regular gym?!??! Makes for interesting workouts i guess???? LMAO!!!

    Not really sure how to do this so I posted as anonymous.
